Ceo, educator

Arpad Nadassy

I began trading in early 2020 at the age of 17 just before Covid, navigating the same challenges most traders face experimentation, costly mistakes, emotional decision-making, and an intense learning curve. Through testing multiple strategies and experiencing real market pressure, I quickly learned and adapted.

After two years of disciplined practice and refinement, I achieved consistent profitability through swing trading. Driven by a desire to understand markets at a deeper level, I then discovered Orderflow. By integrating this with my existing experience, I developed a precise, process driven trading system built on real time Orderflow, risk control, and repeatability.

By mastering orderflow and risk control, I transitioned from retail trader to a six-figure funded trader across multiple proprietary firms turning market understanding into a repeatable, professional edge.

Co-ceo Lead EDUCATOR

James Wilkinson

I’m a 25-year-old professional trader with over 8 years of experience in the markets. I was trained from an early age by my grand dad, a former London floor trader, which gave me institutional-level knowledge about market structure, order flow, and order book reading early on. I’ve been funded by multiple proprietary trading firms and have experience trading six-figure live capital. I’ve never approached trading as a shortcut or side hustle only as a serious profession, with the same discipline and standards as any high-performance career. I’m grateful that I never had to go through the typical retail struggle, which often comes from fragmented, misleading, or incomplete information. As an Educator at Orderflow Mentorship Im confident ill be able to share my unique insitutional skillset with our students.

STUDENT SUPPORT

Daniel Pavlovski

My name is Daniel Pavlovski. I was born in Poland and emigrated to Northern Ireland with my parents at the age of nine. I later studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Liverpool.

During my studies, I worked part-time to support myself, which is where I met one of my best friends, Arpad, who introduced me to trading in 2020. While the journey was challenging, I remained disciplined and persistent, never giving up through the early stages of learning.

I became consistently profitable after discovering order flow and, more importantly, understanding the root causes behind why most traders fail. Its not the lack of discilpine, its the lack of having access to the right information. Today, I am a confident and disciplined trader, and I’m fully confident in my ability to help others develop the skills and mindset needed to succeed as well.
